WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY

WIM HOF METHOD YOSEMITE EXPERIENCE PARTICIPANT AGREEMENT

I, {name}, hereby acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions in connection with my participation in the Wim Hof Method Yosemite Experience (hereinafter referred to as the "Event"):

1. Assumption of Risks: I understand and acknowledge that participating in the Event involves certain inherent risks, including but not limited to exposure to cold temperatures, physical exertion, and potential physical and mental stress. I am aware that these activities may pose a risk of injury, illness, or other adverse outcomes.

2. Physical Health and Fitness: I certify that I am in good physical health and condition, and I do not have any medical or psychological conditions, disabilities, or restrictions that would prevent me from participating in the Event. I acknowledge that it is my responsibility to consult with a healthcare professional before participating in the Event if I have any concerns about my physical or mental health.

3. Release of Liability: In consideration of being allowed to participate in the Event, I, on behalf of myself, my heirs, assigns, and legal representatives, hereby release, waive, and discharge the organizers, instructors, sponsors, and any other persons or entities associated with the Event from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action whatsoever, arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury (including death) that may be sustained by me during or as a result of my participation in the Event, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

4. Indemnification: I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the organizers, instructors, sponsors, and any other persons or entities associated with the Event from any and all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, or expenses (including attorney's fees) arising out of or related to my participation in the Event.

5. Photography and Publicity: I grant permission to the organizers of the Event to use any photographs, videos, or other media taken of me during the Event for promotional, marketing, and educational purposes.

6. Acknowledgment of Understanding: I have carefully read and fully understand the terms of this Waiver and Release of Liability. I am voluntarily participating in the Event with knowledge of the risks involved, and I agree to be bound by the terms and conditions herein.

By signing this waiver, I acknowledge that I have had the opportunity to seek legal counsel if I wished to do so, and I voluntarily waive any rights I may have to bring legal action against the organizers, instructors, sponsors, or any other persons or entities associated with the Event.
