    After your form is submitted, you will receive an email confirmation of your submission including your full inventory list and shipping instructions.

  • Book Signing Details:

    Our book signing event will take place at our Opening Ceremony that begins at 6pm on Wednesday, April 4th. If you have opted to participate in this event, please arrive to the upstairs Salons on Wednesday, April 4 by 5:50pm. We will have your books ready to go for you and will take care of the checkout process as well. If you have any other questions, please let us know!

  • POP-UP SHOP TERMS & CONDITIONS:

    The Craftcation Pop-up shop is open and available to the public throughout the entirety of the conference. It is fully staffed by trusted Dear Handmade Life/Craftcation staff members and is secured after hours.

    • Pop-Up Shop Inventory is sold on a consignment basis. All products are received, merchandised and sold by Craftcation staff.

    • Craftcation will send payment for 60% of sales by May 15, 2024.

    • Inventory must be received during the shipping window of March 1 - 27, 2024. Vendor is responsible for inventory shipping costs to and from Craftcation. (If you are local to the Ventura and surrounding areas and would like to drop off and/or pick up your items instead of ship them, we can coordinate that with you. See the form for more details.)

    • Un-sold items will be available for pick-up from the Pop-Up Shop on Sunday, April 7, 2024. If a vendor chooses to have un-sold items shipped to them, shipping costs will be deducted from the sales payment after the 40% commission is deducted (as mentioned in bullet 3 above).

    • Products must be labeled with SKU and Retail Price before shipping.

    Note: You will only have access to view this file. To save a copy that you can edit:

    • TO SAVE ON GOOGLE DRIVE: Go to File > Save a Copy and save to your Google Drive.
    • IF YOU ARE NOT USING GOOGLE DRIVE: Go to File > Download. You can then export as a .csv or .xlsx file. 

    Step 3: Fill out your inventory spreadsheet. Include every item you are sending including any variations in size, type, etc. (Have questions about what this includes? Email Katie Mac.)

  • GIFT BAG ITEMS INSTRUCTIONS:

    If you would like to include products or promotional items in the Craftcation gift bag, use the section below to tell us more about the products you are sending. The quantity for the gift bags is 550. 

  • SPECIAL DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS:

    Special deliveries include large or perishable shipments. Use this form for items for your marketplace booth or anything else you’re sending that isn’t for the gift bag, pop-up, craft supplies or prizes.
