VENUE:
Rolling Greens is an indoor and outdoor venue in the heart of the Los Angeles Arts District. Please note this a day-to-night market and we highly recommend bringing battery-operated lights for your setup.
ACCEPTANCE PROCESS:
This is a curated market, so all vendors must be accepted by Black on the Block. You will receive an email within 1 week if you have been accepted with further instructions. You will only be contacted by us if you have been accepted. Acceptance is not guaranteed, even if you are a returning vendor.
Black on the Block does not send decline emails or application status updates to applicants. Requests from applicants regarding the status of their application may not be answered.
VENDOR AGREEMENT AND FEE:
You must sign our vendor agreement and pay your non-refundable vendor fee by the due date listed on your invoice. Failure to make payment by the date given in your invoice will lead to your spot being given to another vendor on the waitlist, so please be responsive.
VENDOR SET UP:
All vendors are responsible for their entire setup; including tents, tables, chairs, generators, power, and lighting. All vendor staff must be present by 12:30pm on February 25th to receive a vendor wristband. Any staff arriving after 12:30pm will not be permitted without a ticket to the event.
VENDOR INSURANCE:
All accepted vendors will be required to obtain General Liability insurance for the date of the event and submit it to Black on the Block. More information will be sent upon acceptance.
