Any additional information
This form will help me make an estimate of the final price of your tattoo. I will respond via email with a quote and share with you my current availability. Once you confirm with me a date and time I will hold the appointment for 24 hours in order for you to pay the deposit. The appointment is only confirmed once I have received your deposit. Please respond promptly once you receive my availability to avoid missing out on your preferred date. You may want to keep an eye your junk mail!
