WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY AGREEMENT
1. INTRODUCTION: In consideration of being allowed to participate in Once Upon a Twirl, I, the undersigned, hereby release, waive, and discharge Cindy Masidonio and Kellie Guinn (the "Releasees") from any and all liability, claims, or causes of action for personal injury, property damage, or wrongful death.
2. FORCE MAJEURE: Neither the Contest Directors nor Sponsors shall be held liable for any failure or delay in performance, including contest cancellation or delay, resulting from a Force Majeure Event. A "Force Majeure Event" includes, but is not limited to:
  - Acts of God (e.g., floods, earthquakes, hurricanes, or other natural disasters);
  - Public Emergencies (e.g., war, riots, terrorism, pandemics, epidemics, or government-mandated lockdowns);
  - Infrastructure Failure (e.g., strikes, labor disputes, or utility/communication outages).
3. ASSUMPTION OF RISK: I understand that participation in this contest involves certain inherent risks. I voluntarily assume all such risks, both known and unknown, even if arising from the negligence of the Releasees.
4. REFUND AND PAYMENT POLICY: I understand and agree that there are ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS under any circumstances. I further agree to a $30.00 service charge for any returned checks.
ACKNOWLEDGMENT: I HAVE READ THIS AGREEMENT, FULLY UNDERSTAND ITS TERMS, AND SIGN IT FREELY AND VOLUNTARILY WITHOUT ANY INDUCEMENT.
