  • The following are the standard rental rates, NOT the final cost of renting the space.

    Rental quotes will be determined according to various factors. To obtain a quote, please fill out the form and you will receive a reply within a week. We do not take DROP-IN appointments for rentals. All inquiries must be made online. All rental reservations must be made and paid for 30 days in advance. 

    Small Multi-Purpose Room

    • 858 sq. ft. room with a capacity of 49/25 dining
    • Fees: ($150 Deposit + $25 registration fee )
    • Meeting Rate(2hr min/4hr max): $50/hr
    • Event Rate (6hr max) (F-Sun): $275

    Large Multi-Purpose Room

    • 1978 sq. ft. room with a capacity of 150/100 dining.
    • Fees: ($250 Deposit + $25 registration fee )
    • Hourly Rate (2hr min/4hr max): $70
    • Event Rate (6hr max) (F-Sun): $400

    Gymnasium

    • 9996 sq. ft. room with a capacity of 999/450 dining.
    • Saturdays and Sundays Only (no Friday setup)
    • Programs prioritized (setup/events-after only)
    • Fees: ($1000 Deposit) (10-hour setup/event max)
    • 1-450 Attendees: $1750

    Add-on Fees

    • All room fees are base level. Additional fees are required on a per-event basis (*mandatory determined per event):
    • Warming Kitchen $200
    • Standby (after bus. hrs.)* $40/hr till 9 pm* after 9 pm* $45/hr/grd
    • Alcohol Permit* $35.25
  • Facility Rentals Rules

  • Rentals must include the following: 

    • Rental insurance (provided by renter, in-house purchase available)
    • All applicable permits required
    • Security at 1:50/person/hour for ANY event that includes alcohol
    • Down payment to secure rental
    • Remain within max contracted attendees
    • Agreement and compliance of rules and regulation
    • Must be paid in full 30 days before event
