Disclosure: Upon evaluation, if it is found that the product(s) installed by Cambridge Exteriors were correctly installed and the source of the leak is determined to be from products and services that were not installed by Cambridge Exteriors or are maintenance related, the customer will be billed a service fee of $249.00 to cover the cost of the visit for the first hour. Additional hours will be billed at $125.00 per hour per man plus materials. (For reference, maintenance related issues include items such as: Clogged gutters, chimney leak, siding leak, window leak, plumbing leak, etc.)

Please note: It is the homeowner’s responsibility to contact the manufacturer if the issue is related to a defective product.
