Foster Application

All supplies will be provided.

To be considered as a foster you must:
- Have all animals in your home spayed/neutered, up to date on vaccines, and on monthly preventatives.
- Be willing to provide photos and detailed information regarding the foster animal's personality/needs to Kal's Pals.
- Be willing to provide decompression time, basic/potty training, and socialization to the foster animal.
- Be willing to attend events, assist with vet transport, and engage in meet & greets with potential adopters.

By signing below, I agree that all of the information I have provided is true and accurate to the best of my knowledge. If anything changes, or if I am no longer able to care for the animal, I will immediately notify Kal's Pals.

I understand that I am fostering an animal on behalf of Kal's Pals and that I do not have any ownership rights to the foster animal. I agree to return any foster animal in my care to Kal's Pals at the request of an authorized representative, at any time and for any reason. I also understand that anyone interested in adopting a foster animal - including myself - must go through the standard Kal's Pals adoption process and receive approval.

I agree to provide my foster animal with appropriate and neccessary care. This includes, but is not limited to: keeping the animal safely supervised, following leash laws, avoiding high traffic areas with under-vaccinated puppies, and administering any prescribed medications as instructed.

If my foster animal requires medical attention at any time, I agree to contact Kal's Pals first before seeking veterinary care.

I understand that fostering is done at my own risk, and I agree to hold Kal's Pals harmless from all liability arising from any injuries, damages, losses, or claims involving myself, my household, my personal animals, or third parties as a result of activities connected to this foster agreement. I also release Kal's Pals from responsbility for any illnesses transmitted to or from my personal animals.

I understand that failure to follow any part of this agreement may result in Kal's Pals terminating my foster approval and reclaiming the foster animal immediately.
