General Information
We ask for a $50 deposit upon confirming reservation and receipt of the signed contract.
Any rescheduled event is subject to the availability of inflatables at the time of notification of postponement.
Any cancellations made within 13 days of your event will lead to a loss of your deposit which may be used as a credit for a future event.
Any cancellations 14 or more days in advance may be eligible for a refund.
Deposit is refundable within 13 days of your event ONLY if there is rain on the day of your event.
Remaining balance is due by 8am the day prior to the event. We accept payment through Zelle (no fee) and Venmo ($10 fee).
