Cancellation Policy:
If Experience Lover Travel cancels the tour, all fees paid will be refunded. If you cancel the trip prior to April 1, 2027, all fees paid MINUS your non - refundable deposit will be refunded. April 1, 2027 or after there will be no refunds.

*Experience Lover Travel reserves the right to cancel a trip at any stage prior to the scheduled departure due to terrorism, natural disasters, political instability, or other external events which make it unviable to operate the planned schedule. In such a case, Experience Lover Travel will refund as stated above or reschedule the trip.

Changes:
If you wish to change any part of your booking – for example single/double occupancy please contact Experience Lover Travel as soon as possible and we will attempt to accommodate – subject to availability.

Travel Insurance:
Travel insurance is not included in this trip and is highly recommended. Suggested travel insurance companies will be provided upon request.

Photography:
Tour participants will allow Experience Lover Travel to photograph, film, or document testimonials of participants for commercial use without compensation to participants.
