A failure to provide us with photos will delay the completion of your RCE.

Often, people ask if we can use photos online at websites that list real estate. We cannot. While those sites often contain good photos, copyright laws prevent us from including those in your report.

If the home has not been for sale in a few years, chances are, there won't be good photos online for our builder to view. We need clear, well-lit photos to make our assessment.

The photos you upload to us will be shown in your report and those pictures will help an insurance company more clearly see the value of your home, too.
