Terms of Service Agreement
Services
On The Spot Filter Clean provide regular services on a 1, 2, 4, 8, or 12 weekly intervals, as agreed with the Client. On The Spot Filter Clean may recommend more frequent / longer intervals if required. Any changes will be advised to the Client in writing.
Term
This Agreement is on a continual basis and is not a lock in contract.
If you are after a ‘Once Off’ filter clean, please advise On The Spot Filter Clean to see if we can meet your requirements.
Payment
Payment is due within 7 days of service completion unless otherwise arranged.
If payment is continually late, services will be placed on hold and will accept payment via direct debit only to ensure timely payment is received.
Direct debit is our preferred method of payment; no additional fees are charged for this service and is managed in house.
Termination of Services
If you wish to cancel our services, please do so by calling 0431 187 667 or email onthespotfilterclean@gmail.com 48 hours prior to your next service.
Unable to service Fee
If we are unable to complete a scheduled service due to restrictions with access and without being advised at least 48 hours prior via SMS to 0431 187 667 or email, an 'unable to service fee' of $30 + GST may apply.
