Unresponsive Mentor or Mentee:
If your mentor or mentee is unresponsive:
- Follow up with them through the 10kc platform or email.
- Consider reaching out via LinkedIn if their profile is available.
- Be patient and allow time for a response, as they may not check their email frequently, or the message might have landed in their spam folder.
If you are unable to contact them for 30 days or more, you can request to release the match by contacting support@tenthousandcoffees.com.
Please note that there are always more mentees than mentors, so a rematch is not guaranteed. If released, your profile will return to the matching pool, and the algorithm will attempt to find a new match during subsequent cycles.
