**Pet Sitting Terms and Conditions:**
1. **Services Provided:** The pet sitter agrees to provide care and attention to the client's pet(s).
2. **Responsibilities:** The pet sitter will diligently carry out all tasks related to the care of the pet(s), including feeding, walking, and administering medication as instructed by the client.
3. **Accidents and Incidents:** While every effort will be made to ensure the safety and well-being of the pet(s), the pet sitter cannot be held liable for any accidents, injuries, illnesses, escapes, or damages that may occur during the course of the pet sitting service.
4. **Emergency Situations:** In the event of an emergency involving the pet(s), the pet sitter will make reasonable attempts to contact the client or the designated emergency contact. If unable to reach either party, the pet sitter reserves the right to seek veterinary care for the pet(s) at the client's expense.
5. **Pet Health and Behavior:** The client is responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information regarding the health, behavior, and special needs of their pet(s). The pet sitter will not be held liable for any issues that arise due to undisclosed information provided by the client.
6. **Key and Property Access:** The client agrees to provide the pet sitter with access to their property, including keys or security codes necessary to enter the premises. The pet sitter will take all reasonable precautions to ensure the security of the client's property.
7. **Cancellation and Refund Policy:** The client may cancel or reschedule pet sitting services by providing at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee.
8. **Payment:** An invoice will be emailed to clients upon acceptance of the booking. To finalise the booking, invoice payment for pet sitting services is due in full before the time of booking, unless otherwise agreed upon by both parties.
9. **Indemnification:** The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the pet sitter from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of or related to the pet sitting services provided, including but not limited to injuries to the pet(s) or third parties, damage to property, or violations of any laws or regulations.
10. **Agreement Acceptance:** By engaging the services of the pet sitter, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these terms and conditions.
