This form serves as your formal request to reschedule your W.I.T.S certification exams.
You are only eligible to reschedule once, on a case-by-case basis, for documented serious illness, bereavement, Etc.
The fee for this review is $75.00. If the review is upheld in your favor, you will be approved to reschedule your exam with one of our national retest dates (W.I.T.S. offers a retest four times per year, one per quarter). The fee to be reviewed and considered for the rescheduling of your certification exams is non-refundable.
Please note: This form MUST be completed and be accompanied by any supporting documentation pertinent to your case. Any form received without additional documentation will be rejected outright and noted as such on our return letter.
Completed forms will be processed within 7 days , upon receipt of submitted request and supporting documentation, to be reviewed. You will be contacted with the results of your review by email from the W.I.T.S. Testing Department. The results of the findings are nonnegotiable.
