We're hiring an experienced and Short-Form Video Editor for ongoing, long-term collaboration to help us serve and support our clients through engaging, and high-converting FB/Meta ads and Video Sales Letters.
We help online businesses (especifically B2C coaches) get more booked calls through paid ads, copywriting and high converting videos.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Create high-converting short-form videos.
- Stay up to date on latest trends in video editing software and techniques
- Deliver edits within set deadlines
- Continuously improve video conversion rates through feedback and experimentation
- Collaborate with copywriter and CEO
- Participate in regular team meetings and provide updates on video production progress.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong video editing skills in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects (or similar softwares).
- 2 years of previous work experience as a short-form video editor, preferably in a marketing agency or related industry, showcasing a strong portfolio of compelling and engaging videos.
- Strong eye for detail to produce error-free, high-quality content that meets the company’s needs and aligns with brand guidelines.
- Effective time management skills to meet deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously without compromising quality.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including designers, marketers, and clients, to achieve shared goals.
- A passion for driving measurable results through video that elicits desired actions and contributes to the company's and clients' success.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate ideas, receive feedback, and communicate effectively.
HOURS: The company operates in Central Eastern Standard Time.
SALARY: Base salary with variable compensation tied to the profitability of the videos. Variable compensation is after a 90-day "test-drive" period.
