All correspondence transmitted to this email address is deemed to have been delivered and supplied as official, adequate notice as per Section 61 of the Strata Property Act.


    IN AUTHORIZING THIS USE, I/WE ACKNOWLEDGE:

    1. That I/we want to receive all correspondence via email instead of regular mail.
    2. That I/we are permitting our phone number(s), if included above, to be entered into the SandPointe Residents Phone List, which is sent to all SandPointe Residents.  We agree not to share or forward to anyone other than SandPointe Residents.
    3. That I/we will read and respond (if necessary, as per email instructions) to all email correspondence promptly, as I/we would typically do for that received via regular mail.
    4. I/we are responsible for the effective and timely management of my/our email address(s) and phone number(s), and it is my/our responsibility to notify SandPointe Strata Council of any changes immediately.
    5. Associa British Columbia Inc. and the Strata Corporation cannot be held responsible for any missed electronic notifications and/or deadlines that arise from email correspondence.
    6. Use of my/our email address will be limited to official Strata business and, without my explicit approval, will not be disclosed to anyone not authorized to have it.
    7. Under the BC Personal Information Protection Act, I/we are not allowed to change or manipulate any emails received.
