1. Scope of Work:

You agree to hire Tamela Strandz LLC for the development of a Shoipfy website. The scope of work includes Shopify design & marketing with your selected product. You are expected to recieve a fully functional website and you are also expected fulfill needs requested by Tamela or Gianna (project manager) within a timely fashion to fulfill deadline obligations, I Tamela Strandz is only expected to deliver a fully functioning Shopify website optimized for sales.

2. Payment Terms:

The Client agrees to pay agreed upon fee as a non-refundable payment/deposit. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the project but before the website is launched. 

3. Timeline:

Tamela will make every effort to complete the project by the agreed-upon deadline. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances or changes in project scope.

4. Revisions:

The Client is entitled to 4 rounds of revisions. Additional revisions beyond this limit may incur additional charges.

5. Ownership:

Upon full payment, You owns the rights to the website. Tamela retains the right to showcase the completed project in portfolio.

6. Confidentiality:

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or confidential information shared during the project.
