The Inaugural Sounds of the Blues Festival will take place April 6th, 2024.
Food vendor agrees to sell, and SouthernHare Creatives, LLC. agrees to allow Food vendor to sell at the Sounds of the Blues Festival to be held Saturday, April 6th, 2024 from 12:00 pm to 12:00 am at The Sound Bar, 1105 W Tharpe Street, Tallahassee.
Registration should be received on or before March 15, 2024, to guarantee a space.
Food vendor applications are accepted, and assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Please be advised that food vendor space is limited. Once we sell the allotted number of spaces, we will close application acceptance. Therefore, food vendors are encouraged to submit their completed application and payment as soon as possible.
No application will be processed without payment in full. One week prior to the festival, food vendors will receive detailed information on food vendor locations, loading zones, and parking.
Vendor Details/Information:
- Vendors may begin setup Saturday, April 6th, 2024 at 9:00 am, and must be ready to sell no later than 12:00 pm.
- Application for food vendor space must be made through this application process.
- The number of representatives in a food vendor booth/truck is limited to three. Any additional representatives (up to a total of 4) may purchase a ticket at a discounted rate of $10.00.
- All associated food vendor representatives need to be inside the festival before 11:30 am.
- The festival will end at midnight, food vendors may begin breaking down no earlier than 9:00 pm but will need to wait until the festival area is clear of the crowd to exit the festival area.
- Food vendors will be responsible for their own trash cleanup during and after the festival. Before leaving the site, please place all trash in a park-designated trash container, leaving the area clean.
Rules/Regulations:
- Food vendors may NOT sell any beverages of any kind.
- No music may be played at any vendor booths. Live music will be provided by the festival.
- Food vendors are responsible for obtaining all necessary licenses and permissions to distribute material that is protected by copyright, trademark publicity or misappropriation laws, or any other intellectual property or other laws.
- Food vendors are responsible for paying all sales or other taxes, fees, and assessments required by any applicable federal, state, or local law in connection with the vendors participation in the festival.
- Food vendors are responsible for monitoring their booths/trucks at all times.
Payment Information
- Food vendors will pay a $75 registartion fee.
- Registration fees are non-refundable.
