Future Linguists, LLC is offering a Spanish immersion camp for rising 1st-6th graders. This program teaches the necessary skills and strategies for our youngest learners to acquire a new language in a fun and engaging way through songs, games, storytelling, role-play, and more!
Camp Weeks & Location

Camp location: Hanes Baptist Church 4210 Sabrina Lake Rd, Winston Salem, NC 27127 Camps are Half Day 9am-12pm. A non-refundable fee is required ($55) to reserve your spot, which covers snacks and materials. Choose from the following sessions below.

Health Information
Please provide any health information we need to be aware of for all children attending camp. E.g allergies, food restrictions, habits, etc. If none please type N/A. Also note that we require a parent-designated caregiver to remain on-site to assist any child who may need medication administration or other special medical attention.
Terms and Conditions
1. Scheduling
Due to limited capacity, we may not be able to accommodate a child arriving on a day that he/she is not enrolled. Please ensure your child attends only on their scheduled days.

2. Make-Up Days
No refunds or credits will be issued for absences. While we will make every effort to reschedule, make-up days are not guaranteed.

3. Personal Items
Parents assume full responsibility for any personal items brought to the premises. Future Linguists, LLC is not liable for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings.

4. Medical Conditions
Parents of children with medical needs are advised that Future Linguists, LLC staff will not administer medication or medical treatments. If a child requires medication or special medical attention, a parent or designated caregiver must remain on-site to provide the necessary care.

5. Emergency Care
In the event of a minor injury, First Aid will be administered by camp staff on-site, and parents will be promptly notified. If you have specific instructions or restrictions regarding First Aid, please provide this information in writing via email to info@futurelinguists.com prior to the start of camp.

6. Liability Release
By registering for the "Into the Linguaverse" summer camp program, I, as the parent or legal guardian of the minor participant(s), hereby agree to the following:
- I release and forever discharge Future Linguists, LLC, their representatives, employees, agents, successors, assigns, and host landowners from any and all claims, actions, damages, or liabilities arising from or related to any accident, injury, or loss incurred by the participant during camp activities.
- I acknowledge and understand that Future Linguists, LLC staff are authorized to seek general emergency medical treatment for the participant(s) in the event that I, or my designated representative, cannot be reached.
- I agree to hold harmless Future Linguists, LLC, and its agents from any liability arising from accidents, injuries, or incidents during the program.
- I acknowledge that the North Carolina Good Samaritan Law applies.
- This agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina.
I confirm that I have read, understood, and agree to the terms outlined in this release.
Payments/Changes/Withdrawals
Future Linguists, LLC accepts all major credit cards such as VISA, Mastercard and Discover, money orders, or cash. You may opt to pay the $55 registration fee to reserve your child's spot and pay the remaining $110 balance by May 1, 2025 or you may choose to pay the full $165 camp fee by May 1, 2025.

Requests to change dates, withdraw, or cancel are required in writing via email to Rhonda Higgins at info@futurelinguists.com. Requests must be made by May 1, 2025 and will incur a $55 class change or cancellation fee.
Refund Policy
At Future Linguists, LLC, our refund policy reflects our commitment to honoring contracts with teachers based on enrollment.

All requests for changes or cancellations must be submitted in writing to info@futurelinguists.com.
Before April 1: A full refund will be issued, minus the $55 non-refundable registration fee.
Before May 1: Credit will be provided for another camp week or applied toward the following year’s program.

We appreciate your understanding and support as we strive to provide the best possible experience for all participants.
Photographs and Videos
At Future Linguists, LLC, we occasionally take photographs and videos of campers participating in activities during the program. These photos and videos may be used on our social media platforms, website, and promotional materials to highlight the fun and engaging experiences offered at our camp.

We respect the privacy of all families, and participation in photographs or videos is entirely optional. If you do not consent to your child being included in photographs or videos, please indicate this on the registration form.

For those who consent, you acknowledge that photographs or videos of your child may appear on public platforms or in promotional materials.
