By signing below, I agree to the terms and conditions to participate in this ride/event.

If for what ever reason I am not able to attend the ride on June 7, 2026, I acknowledge that any funds that have been collected for pre-registration are non-refundable and will go directly to the charity. If I reach out to Cruising For Kids via email, FB messenger etc., I realize that I may still receive the event shirt that was purchased with registration.

I agree that I will not hold any of the following groups or anyone associated with any of the following groups liable for any damage and/or theft to personal property while attending this event. I also agree that none of the following groups will be responsible for any personal injuries that I may incur while participating at this event. These groups, businesses are as follows but not limited to Midway Town Center including all other businesses on the property, Midway Music Hall and Event Center, CRUISING FOR KIDS, YMCA Camp Hanes, Camp Corral or anyone associated with any of these groups.

I agree to follow all traffic laws and ride safe while the ride is going to and from Camp Hanes.

I also agree to be respectful of the property of Midway Music Hall and that I will be liable for any damage that I may cause while attending this event on and off the premises, as well as clean up any trash I may occur before leaving.

For safety reasons, If I smoke, I understand that NO SMOKING whatsoever is allowed on the premises of Camp Hanes while we are at the camp.

Cost for the 7th annual ride/event is $25 single, which includes lunch and event shirt. Passenger is $15 and includes meal and event shirt. Please be sure to choose size for each person riding in the drop-down.

**All funds collected once registration has taken place are non-refundable and will go directly to the charity.

Early Bird Registration ends at 11:59 pm on May 15, 2026.

These event shirts are only available during this early-bird registration and WILL NOT be onsite the day of the ride for purchase.

All early-bird participants will receive their 2026 event shirts on the day of the event.
