Remember this is a FESTIVAL, an opportunity to showcase your work to women who are actively seeking what you offer. So consider how you can best represent your work so women can BUY your tickets, products or services AFTER the event.

THIS IS A MONUMENTAL OPPORTUNITY FOR YOUR BUSINESS. WE ARE THE BIGGEST WEST AUSTRALIAN WOMENS FESTIVAL.

IF your workshop contains a meditation process longer than an initial grounding activation this WILL impact on whether it will be choosen.

We are looking for 'how to' workshops that give tools, information, movement, spiritual art/craft classes, activations and processes rather than too many 'lie down' long meditations.

This decision has come DIRECTLY from the women attendees. 

 

Timing, you have an hour and a half. The idea is to offer a 'taste' of what you do while offering value in the timeslot so the women BOOK YOUR OFFERING AFTER THE FESTIVAL.

This is a FESTIVAL ENVIRONMENT so flexibility is required.

CATER FOR A MINIMUM OF 40 per WORKSHOP

Workshop numbers have a potential of up to 80+ women.

ART & Hands-on workshops fill up fast so take that into account.

ESSENTIAL: INVOICE REQUIRED 1 week PRIOR to the event. This needs to have your business name, product reciepts attached & banking details.

PAYMENT will be processed within 30 days of event.

There will be a fee payable on a sliding scale depending on your level of desired participation. Minimum $55 upwards

YOU WILL BE SENT AN EMAIL IF YOU WANT TO OPT IN

• TWO nights accommodation in a COTTAGE.
• ALL meals from Friday lunch through till Sunday lunch.
• Access to the entire SISTAFEST program.
• We will advertise YOUR workshops on our Website, Social Media, Radio & Print Material.
• We will manage all logistics & creation of the ENTIRE event.
• We will manage all paid advertising.
• HEAVILY discounted ticket $275 incGST (to cover accomm & food) 

PLEASE NOTE - There are NO refunds on full price tickets. It is your responsibility to onsell any tickets you may have purchased or have on payment plan in lieu of your presenter pass.

Your understanding is required that there can be NO exception simply due to the volume of tickets.

• These will be used in PRINT & ONLINE promotional work.

  • MUST be clear image

ORIGINAL pictures only to be used,

• The images provided are owned by you or you have authorised permission to use them for this purpose.
• no screenshots, no web grabs. 
• The file labelled with your NAME + WORKSHOP TITLE

• ALL IMAGES & INFO MUST BE SUPPLIED IN THE REGISTRATION FORM

 

PHOTOGRAPHY, VIDEO & PROMOTION

I understand that my images will be used for promotional purposes, on websites, social media & in print material.  I also understand that photography will be taken during Sistahood Rising, that will be used for advertising & remain the property of Wyld Tribe.

ACCEPTANCE OF OFFER

I understand if my application is successful I have 72 hours to accept and purchase my presenters' ticket, or the offer will be VOID (Link will be provided in due time)

PRESENTERS, PLEASE NOTE :

That for any reason of non-attendance or cancellation, you must provide to us, admin@wyldtribe.com in writing no later than 1ST OCTOBER 2024

As part of the Wyld Tribe Sistahood Rising Team we ask...

ATTENDANCE: You MUST be PRESENT ONSITE FROM 10am FRIDAY 1st NOV. - 4pm SUNDAY 3rd NOV 2024. 

PROMOTE: Sistahood Rising Event through all your channels.

ESSENTIAL TO CONNECT: via a CLOSED FACEBOOK GROUP for Presenters.  All info will be delivered via the FB group ONLY. Due to the sheer magnitude of this event information and questions will ONLY be given & answered in this group. PERIOD!

It is a MANDATORY component of this application that you read and fully understand & accept our terms and conditions in their entirety.

Failure to do so will see this application as immediately void.
