At Stamford American School Hong Kong, we strive to ensure the safety and security of our students while maintaining accurate records. As part of this commitment, we collect student photos to create Student ID cards. These cards are essential for identification purposes within the school premises.

** August joiners: to receive your card early in the new school year, please submit this by June 30 or you may wait for student photo taking after school resumes.

Mid-Year Joiners, please follow the process below. Please know that ID cards are printed in batches and if you require enrollment verification in the meantime, you may use the temporary ID card provided or request a letter from our School Office Team.
