Are you aware that if you are chosen to participate you will have a minimum purchase which is separate from the booking fee.

Are you aware that if you no-show you will be charged a 250$ fee. This includes if things come up. I need at least a weeks notice.

I understand by agreeing to the terms of the model call, I agree i have entered all information to the best of my ability. I understand if I am accepted as a model I will be required to pay the 199$ booking fee. I also understand I will be making a minimum purchase of collection. Bobbi Johnson reserves the right to select the best fit models to represent the vision. I agree if I am selected to show up on time and if I am more than 5 minutes late forfeit the rights to my booking, and original booking fee. You will be required to repay to reschedule. All late clients are rescheduled, no exceptions. As a model I understand I will be required to sign release A. or B.
