  • About our programme and stipend

    The hosted buyer programme is designed for busy buyers, providing an enhanced method of attending to ensure you get the most out of your time at our shows.

    The programme puts the power in your hands, allowing you to choose the suppliers to meet with, the education sessions you need to go to and the networking opportunities you want to attend.

    Please complete the application form, once completed, your application will need to be qualified and you will be emailed with further details.

    Meeting Commitments

    Tier 1 (1 day)

    Hosted Buyers are required to commit to 8 x 15-minute meetings, pre-scheduled through our meeting tool.

    Tier 1 Reimbursement

    Having completed the minimum number of meetings required, you will be able to claim £200. 

    Tier 2 (2 days)

    Hosted Buyers are required to commit to 16 x 15-minute meetings, pre-scheduled through our meeting tool.

    Tier 2 Reimbursement

    Having completed the minimum number of meetings required, you’d qualify for a post-show reimbursement of £400.

  • To collect digital content, you can choose to have your badge scanned by exhibitors or sponsors participating in Event Sustainability Live or Event Tech Live.

    I understand that by choosing to allow my badge to be scanned that I will be providing the exhibitor, sponsor and organisers with my personal data.

    This data may be used to contact me about products or services, and I understand that this partner or sponsor may transfer this data outside of the European Economic Area for these purposes. I also understand and agree that my personal data may be held and used by the organiser of this event, A.M.P Events Limited, and any third-party hosting provider acting on its behalf, in order to run the event and for analysing visitor traffic with a view to improving the event experience for visitors.

    I also understand that a profile will be created for me in the event platform which will be visible to other attendees, and if I register to attend a sponsored educational session via the event platform, or have my badge scanned when entering a theatre at the show, then my personal details will be shared with the sponsor and/or host.

    The Event Organiser has appointed FotoGoto.com as the official Event Photography Partner; who will take and distribute photographs of participants at the Event.

    1.2   Photographs may be taken at the Event which may capture your attendance and participation. You agree to the publication of such photographs and their use by us and those authorised by us in any way which we may see fit now or in the future including but not limited to publications and publicity.

    1.3   Images may be processed using biometric technologies, according to the FotoGoto Privacy Policy available to view at https://www.fotogoto.com/privacy where details of the legal entity, Data Protection Officer and how to make a Subject Access Request are listed.
