Cancellation Policy
Thank you for your purchase of the F9 Cleaning Classroom Event. We understand that circumstances may arise that prevent you from attending the event. Please find below our detailed cancellation policy.
Refunds
· Cancellations must be made by email.
· If your scheduled event is more than 15 days away and we receive your cancellation email, we will review and confirm the cancellation. Once confirmed, we will issue you a full refund.
· If your scheduled event is within 15 days, a refund will not be issued. However, we will provide you with a credit that can be used for an alternate date/event within 18 months.
Cancellation Process
To Cancel your cancellation registration, please send an email to our customer service team at admin@front9restoration.com. Be sure to include your original order number in the email for reference.
