The 25th Annual Uniquely Union Festival, presented by the Uniquely Union Festival Board will be held Friday, September 5th, and Saturday, September 6th, 2025. Again, this year’s festival will be situated in Union’s beautiful and historic downtown along Main Street. It is our desire to make this a successful experience for you. Should you be interested in securing your space, please submit your application with full payment before ASAP. No spaces will be held without payment.

Please submit a complete menu including prices. Your menu must be exact and will be reviewed by the Food Vendor Committee for approval. If any item or price is in question, you will be notified by phone. Power and water will be furnished for vendor spaces, but it is your responsibility to have adequate power cords, water hoses and lighting and you must adequately communicate your needs. Each accepted applicant will be responsible for the equipment within their booth, cleanliness, proper staffing during the event, and clean up at the end of the event. Vendors are expected to remain set up and present until the festival concludes. Please Note: Your entire set up must fit within the space size that you select. You are not permitted to go beyond the parking space you are allotted. Should you need more space you would need to select 2 spaces. Some spaces are parallel to the road while others are slanted. You will be placed in one that best suites your needs. Please See 2025 Food Vendor Packet for complete details. Waiver of Liability: I hereby acknowledge that I desire to participate in the Uniquely Union Festival which is entitled and defined in hereafter as “Commercial Vendor.” I also acknowledge that my decision to participate as a Commercial Vendor is totally voluntary. I authorize the use of any photos, both digital and print, for use by the Uniquely Union Festival; i.e. posting on websites and in other print/digital media. I, the undersigned, hereby assume all risk of illness or injury as a Commercial Vendor in which I voluntarily participate. For and in consideration of permission to participate as a Commercial Vendor, I hereby irrevocably and forever release, discharge, waive, and hold harmless the Uniquely Union Festival and its officers, directors, employees, sponsors, and volunteers (collectively referred to as “Uniquely Union Festival”) from any and all claims, losses, causes of action and liabilities of any kind (including attorney's fees) arising out of or relating in any way as a Commercial Vendor. I voluntarily waive any claims that I might have against the Uniquely Union Festival, and I understand and agree that the Uniquely Union Festival assume no responsibility or liability for any injury to persons or property (including property that is lost, stolen or damaged), that may occur. I agree that I am at least 18 years of age and am bound by all the terms of the Hold Harmless and Assumption of Risk Agreement. I agree that this instrument, in its entirety, is intended by me to be binding upon my heirs, executors, administrators, agents, and/or assigns.
