Thank your for your interest in participating in SLC VegFest 2024. The event will be held on Saturday, September 14th at Library Plaza!

Due to limited space and high interest, we ask that you fill out an Application. Please note that filling out the form does not guarantee participation.

The SLC VegFest Planning Committee will review all applications and preference will be given to those that fit best with our mission and fill a unique niche in the festival's program. The goal of SLC VegFest is to promote vegan living and we will prioritize having a variety of exhibitors present at the festival that help us show how easy it is to be vegan in SLC.

If you are a restaurant or prepared food vendor, please include your proposed menu details. In an effort to make every vendor successful, SLC VegFest may restrict menu items that are too similar to other vendors; preference will be given to the menu submitted earliest.

Guidelines
All Exhibitors at SLC VegFest are required to abide by the SLC VegFest Guidelines. Many of the contractual requirements, especially those for food vendors, simply reflect local fire, safety, and health regulations, as well as the requirements placed on the festival organizers by the city.

Failure to follow the guidelines may result in loss of deposit, booth closure, and/or refused entrance in future SLC VegFests.

By completing this application, you are acknowledging that you have read, understand, and agree to all applicable requirements and necessary applicable permitting to participate in SLC VegFest 2024.
