Because your company was formed on or after January 1, 2024 you are required to report Company Applicant information.
A Company Applicant is the individual who directly filed the creation or first registration document for the company with the secretary of state or similar office. Many times, this individual is the same person as one of the Beneficial Owners for the Reporting Company, but could be another individual (e.g. an attorney, accountant, etc.) who filed information for the creation of the company.
A Company Applicant must be an individual, and not a company or legal entity.
