  • SECURITY DEPOSIT AND INSURANCE

    Refundable security/damage deposit of $200 is required. 

    Renter must provide proof of insurance naming Cambridge Community Church as an Additional Insured in the amount of $2 million dollars for the date of the event. For sports events, additional insurance may be required.  

    Rental Agreement to be provided for signature by renter. 

    PAYMENT

    Deposit of 10% is required to hold a reservation. A full refund will be made up to 3 weeks before the date of the event in the event of cancellation. Events cancelled less than 3 weeks before will forfeit the 10% deposit. 

    Full payment and the security deposit is due 3 weeks before the event.

  • MANDATORY CUSTODIAL FEES - $25 per hour / 2 hour minimum charge

    Fee is determined based upon the size of the rental and day of the week. Basic clean-up should be done by the rental party. All garbage, compost and recycling must be removed by the rental party.

    AUDIO VISUAL TECHNICIAN - $25 per hour / 2 hour minimum charge

    Use of our sound and/or music equipment requires the services of our Audio/Visual Technician(s) and is dependent upon their availability. Minimum two-hour charge will be applied per technician.

  • TERMS AND CONDITIONS (see Rental Contract for all terms)

    No smoking, vaping, alcoholic beverages, games of chance, gambling or illegal substances are permitted.  

    No throwing of rice or confetti. 

    No open flames permitted. 

    Prior approval required for decorations. 

    All belongings, food, garbage, recycling and green bin waste must be removed at the end of the booking by the renter.  

    It is the responsibility of the renter to provide all tablecloths, utensils, plates, glassware, tea towels, dish cloths, detergent, etc.  The premises should be returned to the condition it was in at the start of the booking.

    Permission to use any copyrighted material is the responsibility of the renter (includes the playing of music). 

  • WEDDINGS

    Cambridge Community Church is only available for weddings and receptions for individuals married by a Pastor/Officiant licensed to perform weddings by Cambridge Community Church in agreement with the Statement of Faith and Doctrine of Cambridge Community Church.  

    An additional $50 refundable deposit, for additional cleaning if needed, is required for all weddings.
