HPCSA registration verification

In order for us to verify that you are registered with the HPCSA as a medical student or medical professional, please upload the following documents. We will send you an email once you have been verified.
Please upload a clear photo showing your ID/passport next to your face for identity verification (see instructions and example below). Alternatively you can submit a certified copy of your ID/passport not older than 3 months.*

The photo must be shoulders and above, clearly showing your entire face and ID. If you have an ID card, please provide two photos: one showing the front of your ID card and one showing the back of your ID card next to your face. Certified copies, as mentioned above, must have been certified within the last 3 months.
