Partnering with Write On College Essay
As your college counselor and essay coach, I will provide personalized support in a detailed plan of coaching sessions and assignments. To achieve success, all parties must commit to the assignment deadlines, communication methods, and general expectations.

Write On College Essay agrees to:
- Provide a detailed schedule of expectations, assignments, and deadlines to support student achievement of college selection and essay writing goals;
- Offer live or virtual coaching and feedback sessions as stipulated in the selected service plan;
- Provide detailed feedback on student work generated during the consultation period;
- Provide resources, thought exercises, and guidance around college selection process.
- Provide brainstorming exercises and supplemental reading to ensure excellent essay topic selection;
- Recommend revisions to meet success criteria on essay rubrics;
- Share models and standards for excellent essays;
- Respond to communications from students and families within 48 hours;
- Keep all student information confidential.
I, the student, agree to:
- Make the necessary time available per week during the consultation period;
- Engage in recommended reading, researching, and writing exercises;
- Submit original work;
- Check my email regularly and respond as needed during the consultation period;
- Provide 24 hours notice when rescheduling live/virtual coaching sessions;
- Not share proprietary documents from Write On College Essay with anyone except parents or guardians;
- Do my best to meet all assigned deadlines and attend all live/virtual coaching sessions during the consultation period.
I, the parent or guardian, agree to:
- Help my student find available time each week during the consultation period to devote to college research and essays;
- Give permission for my student to use web conferencing software;
- Ensure my student checks email regularly and responds as needed.
