2024-2025 Dependent Family Size Verification

Your Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) has been selected for review, a process called “Verification.” In this process, ASU will compare the information from your FAFSA with the information from the finalized 2022 tax data, W-2 forms, and/or other financial documents. If there are differences between your FAFSA and your financial documents, the school will send corrections electronically and your FAFSA will be reprocessed. Incomplete forms will not be processed. For this form we need you to list the people your parent and parent's spouse or partner will support between July 1, 2024 and June 30, 2025.
