CALL OFFS FROM RETURNING STAFF ARE DUE BY THURSDAY, AUGUST 27 BY 6PM.

Any new staff members that join the team after this date can fill this out. If you were not given a set deadline, no worries! Just submit your time-off request at least two weeks in advance. If you're unable to do so, just explain why at the bottom of this form. Thanks!

PLEASE NOTE: Only a set number of staff can request off each night to account for last-minute call-offs due to illness or emergencies. If your request isn’t approved, please don’t take it personally—we do our best to be fair and give everyone equal opportunities for time off. Thanks for understanding and helping us keep the shows running smoothly for the whole team.
