    Toast on the Coast takes place on Saturday, October 5, 2024 from 2pm to 6pm. Food Service in the General Admission and VIP areas is from 2:00pm to 5:00pm. We are expecting up to 750 attendees. Each restaurant is to bring enough food tastings for at least 400 people. (We will provide updated headcount closer to the event.) GENERAL ADMISSION SET UP: 12:00pm to 2:00pm VIP SET UP: 12:00pm to 2:00pm
  • Please complete this form no later than July 31, 2024 to secure your spot.  *Space is limited and will be honored on a first come first served basis.

    • 2 8' Tables
    • Professional sign with restaurant name
    • Napkins

    • LOGO - please send high resolution jpg or png file to diane@pvpef.org or upload below
    • Food tastings for a minimum of 400 attendees
    • Servers
    • Serving Equipment (Spoon, Spatula, etc.)
    • Serving Dishes (Chafing dishes, etc.)
    • Cooler for Ice (if needed)
    • Item for Golden Ticket Raffle - examples include: dinner for 4, gift card, gift basket with swag, etc.
