  • VENDOR PARTICIPATION FORM

    Toast on the Coast takes place on Saturday, October 5, 2024 from 2pm to 6pm. Please plan to be open for sales minimally from 2:00pm to 5:00pm. We are expecting up to 700 attendees throughout the event. Fee for vendor participation is $500. SET UP: 12:00pm to 2:00pm
  • Please complete this form no later than July 31, 2024 to secure your spot.  *Space is limited - first come first served.

  • IMPORTANT: You must apply for a sellers permit in the City of Palos Verdes Estates:

    1. Go online to www.palosverdesestates.hdlgov.com and fill out a business license request


    2. Select "Retail" as your type of business in the pull down menu and "Outside" for your location in the city of PVE


    3. ESTIMATE gross profits for the day aka "yearly income from all sales and services" ($1000 max) and the number of employees you will be bringing (1-2). This is ONLY your income from the festival, not your actual yearly income. It only applies to doing business in the city of PVE.


    4. Enter all your pertinent info on the form (Address, State license #, etc.)


    5. Submit

    • Marketing Materials (brochure/business card)
    • Item for Golden Ticket Raffle - examples include: jewlery, hat, gift basket, gift card, etc.
