IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Our ProTrain HOME Program has been developed for the following reasons:

1) To provide our Clients with meaningful training opportunities that benefit both the human and canine members of their families while ensuring their dogs are safe and comfortable in their home environments.

2) To offer stimulation and training options for dogs who are not suited for other environments such as dog daycares due to adverse behaviours within those environments.

3) To assist our Clients' dogs in developing skills and abilities that our Clients' may be struggling with.

4) To go beyond "The Walk" when it comes to daily exercise and fulfillment options.

5) To provide a training and stimulation option that does not place additional time or travel stress for our Clients'.

Our ProTrain HOME Program is NOT suited for:

1) Dogs who display ANY aggressive behaviour towards people*.

2) Dogs who are currently undergoing rehabilitation therapy of any kind OR who are injured or physically limited in any temporary way and do not have a veterinarian's express permission** to engage in training activities.

3) Dogs who are not able to be safely crated or confined during the Trainer's arrival or whose owners will not be available to personally ensure that their dogs are on-leash and under their control when our Trainer arrives at their residence.

4) The replacement of Skill Building Private Lessons where our Clients interact with our Trainers and learn the strategies necessary to train their canine family members. Human attendance/observation is not permitted during these sessions.

* If your dog displays aggressive behaviour towards people in ANY capacity, please contact us to determine the necessary steps required before they are able to accepted into our Day Train Program.

** We are happy to work with dogs who are currently undergoing a rehabilitative program as long as we are provided with written permission from their veterinarian that outlines what the dog may or may not do.

I understand that dogs who show ANY aggression towards humans are NOT currently accepted candidates for the ProTrain HOME program. Further, I understand that misrepresentation of my dog's behaviour or failure to inform my Trainer of any instances of aggression demonstrated by my dog WILL result in IMMEDIATE termination of ProTrain HOME services. NO refund of any kind will be provided and these events may preclude any and all access to further services as provided by Align Canine Training Inc and its Training Staff in the future. *
