Liability Waiver for Volunteers

I, {name}, hereby agree to participate as a volunteer in outdoor and fly fishing events organized by Girls on the Fly (June 21, July 26, August 9, September 13).

I understand that as a volunteer, I will be performing various tasks related to the event, including but not limited to setting up equipment, assisting with registration, providing directions and guidance to participants, and helping with clean-up.

I acknowledge that my participation in these activities involves certain risks and hazards, including but not limited to physical injury, illness, property damage, and even death. I understand that these risks cannot be eliminated entirely, and I accept full responsibility for any injuries or damages that may occur as a result of my participation.

In consideration of my participation as a volunteer, I hereby release, discharge, and hold harmless Girls on the Fly, its officers, employees, agents, and representatives from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action of any kind arising out of or related to my participation in the event.

I also agree to indemnify and hold harmless Girls on the Fly, its officers, employees, agents, and representatives from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action of any kind arising out of or related to my negligence or willful misconduct while participating in the event.

I certify that I am fully aware of the risks and hazards involved in participating in the event, and that I am voluntarily assuming those risks. I also certify that I am in good health and have no medical conditions that would prevent me from participating in the event.

I have carefully read this liability waiver and understand its contents. I voluntarily sign it, intending to be legally bound by its terms and conditions.

Photography Waiver

I, {name} hereby authorize Girls on the Fly, hereafter referred to as “Company,” to publish photographs taken of me on event dates: June 21, July 26, August 9 & September 13 and my name and likeness, for use in Girls on the Fly print, online and video-based marketing materials, as well as other Company publications.

I hereby release and hold harmless Girls on the Fly from any reasonable expectation of privacy or confidentiality associated with the images specified above.

I further acknowledge that my participation is voluntary and that I will not receive financial compensation of any type associated with the taking or publication of these photographs or participation in company marketing materials or other Company publications. I acknowledge and agree that publication of said photos confers no rights of ownership or royalties whatsoever.

I hereby release Girls on the Fly, its contractors, its employees, and any third parties involved in the creation or publication of marketing materials, from liability for any claims by me or any third party in connection with my participation.
