    Welcome to TLG!

    To become a TLG Program Volunteer, please fill out this form! If your application is successful, you will be invited to attend a training day and will then be able to register for any upcoming TLG programs.

    If you have volunteered with TLG within the last two years or have recently been successful in an interview, you can skip straight to the program registration form.

    Please allow 15-20 minutes to complete this application. We suggest using a computer rather than a phone. 

    Minimum Application Requirements:

    In order to apply to volunteer with TLG, you must meet the following requirements:

    • Completed Year 12 (or equivalent)
    • Be 17 years or older
    • Be proficient in English (IELTS 7 or equivalent)
    • Be committed to abiding by TLG’s Child Safety and Wellbeing policy
    • Be able to obtain a Working With Children Check

  • Our Rural Programs run twice a year. If you are unable to attend the next program, you can still apply to be eligible for future programs.

    Compulsory Training Day: 11 October 2025

  • Volunteers aged 17 may apply for and/or participate in TLG programs if they have completed Year 12 studies or are enrolled in University or TAFE but require permission from a legal parent/guardian.

    Please ensure you have the support of your parent/guardian prior to submitting this application.
