About the Cortex Users Group

I (Brian) am a firm believer that what set Cherwell apart and made it such a powerful platform was its community -- you all and many many more. While Cortex (right now) is just a read-only interface to Cherwell data for audit and archival, it has a big future ahead of it that's all about supporting a community of builders -- again, you all.

It's never too early to start building that community, so I'll be hosting weekly Zoom calls every Tuesday at 10AM Pacific Time to talk about anything Cortex-related. Support, tricks, feature requests, bug reports -- anything is on the table. It's basically a dedicated time I'm setting aside each week to be fully available to you all.

Regardless of whether you're a partner, potential partner, customer or user, or are just evaluating the tool, you're welcome to attend if and when you can. Please don't feel obligated to join every week, but I do hope you'll join at least once.
