Indoor Car Boot Sale

Tables will be allocated on a first come first served basis, with 12 tables available (we will supply the tables). 1 table per booking.

There is limited space so we ask you only bring a clothing rail if you have previously agree on this as part of your booking. 

The centre will be open at 8:45 am for table holders and we require you to have your table ready by 10 am ready for customers.

Please note that by selecting yes, you are not guaranteed a space for a clothing rail. We will confirm with you via email if we have enough space available for you to have a rail. 

Rules For Sellers:

Sellers are not permitted to bring in extra tables or to spill over into walkways, blockfire exits or use any other spaces other than the table they have purchased and the space below it.

Sellers must comply with any and all instructions given to them by centre staff, failure to do so may result in the seller being asked to leave.

Victoria Pavilion Support Centre has a zero tolerance on abuse and anyone who is found to abusive to staff/ Volunteers or Visitors will be asked to leave and may be banned from other sales.

Rails may be only be used with prior permission from recived when your booking is confrimed via email. 

Sellers are able to sell new, used items, craft and food items (only with prior permisson and if you have submitted your insurance details and appropriate food hygiene information) . Rules regarding restricted items are indicated below.

Restricted Items

We politely request that Sellers DO NOT sell or bring to
the venue any of the following:

ALCOHOL
AMMUNITION / GUNS / FIREARMS.
BANNED / CONTROLLED SUBSTANCES.
CIGARETTES / TOBACCO
COUNTERFEIT GOODS
ILLICIT MATERIAL
FIREWORKS.
FLAMMABLE GAS / LIQUIDS.
FOOD / BEVERAGES INTENDED FOR CONSUMPTION ONSITE 
LIVESTOCK / ANIMALS & OR PETS.
PORNOGRAPHIC MATERIAL
STOLEN GOODS

Regretfully, anyone found selling, attempting to sell or in
possession of any of the above items will be asked to
leave immediately and will be refused entry into subsequent events.

Our Venue

Our venue is non–smoking and candles and naked flames are not permitted in the building at any time.

No items may be stuck, taped or blue tac to the floors or walls.

We operate a zero tolerance on abuse and anyone found to be abusive to a member of the Centre Staff/Volunteers or Visitors will be asked to leave and the appropriate action will be taken if this request is not complied with.

If you hear the fire alarm please exit by the fire exits and assemble at the fire assembly point in the car park.

In the event of an accident of emergency please follow instructions from centre staff.
