  • Juneteenth “Freedom Day” Festival Saturday, June 6, 2026. Festival hours are 2:00PM to 8:00PM. 

    Vendors can begin setting up as early as 8:00 AM and must be set up by 1:00 PM.

    Vendors are responsible for providing their own table(s) and chair(s). If you are having extinuating circumstances, please let us know ASAP. 

    This is an OUTDOOR EVENT ---> TENTS ARE ALLOWED!

    **Late arrivals will not be allowed in Festival Area**

    Please let us know how we would categorize your business. Please note - we will only allow ONE of a national chain/franchise/MLM. 

    For example - if you are a Mary Kay Consultant, you would be the only Mary Kay consultant at the event. Registration is on a first come first served basis for MLM/National Chain/Franchise businesses. Please call 973-477-6308 if you have any questions.

  • SALE ITEMS Please list the type of items you wish to offer or sell. We require you to include the following: a photo sample of 3 items you will have for purchase at your booth AND your business card/logo/flyer (if you have one).

    We will use these pictures on our marketing channels. Attach any other supporting business information to this application that you would like for us to potentially use.

    • No Refunds! The Juneteenth “Freedom Day” Festival will occur rain or shine. This is an OUTDOOR EVENT. In the event of rain, we will move to an alternate indoor space that will also accommodate food trucks outdoors.
    • Application MUST include payment in order to be considered complete and your spot reserved. Payment should be made via https://naacpjuneteenth2026.eventbrite.com

    • Upon receipt of the items listed above, the Juneteenth Festival Committee will contact you with confirmation
    • Arrival at the Festival: Vendors will need to check-in when arriving at the festival. Upon check in, you will receive your table assignment, receive your parking “pass” for the vendor parking area, printed copy of the event map and schedule, an assigned volunteer, and other event information (like staff contact numbers, etc)
    • Vehicle Parking: Vehicles may not be parked in vendor space or festival area. Free parking is available as we will have a designated parking zone for vendors
    • Ask For Help If Needed: Our volunteers will be on hand to help you if needed. Please feel free to ask any designated event staff any question throughout the day! We’re there to help!
    • Local Hotel Room Block: We have a discounted room code for the Crown Plaza Hotel within the Edison Municipal Complex (less than 10-minute drive from the festival). Details regarding the rate and information to book will be available on our official Juneteenth Festival website.
