No-Show and Cancellation Policy for Public Rates
At The Cardinal at Saint John's Resort, we strive to provide exceptional service and an unforgettable golfing experience. Understanding that plans can change, we have established the following no-show and cancellation policy to accommodate our guests effectively while managing our scheduling and availability.
Cancellation Policy
Notification Requirement Guests must notify The Cardinal of any cancellations or changes to their reservation at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled tee time.
Cancellation Fee Cancellations made within the 24-hour window prior to the scheduled tee time will incur a fee of $25. This fee compensates for the allocated time and ensures we can adjust our scheduling to accommodate other guests.
How to Cancel To cancel or modify a reservation, please contact our Golf Shop directly via phone or email. Our team will assist you in processing your request.
Weather-Related Cancellations In the event of inclement weather, as determined by The Cardinal management, guests may cancel their reservation without penalty. Weather-related cancellations will be accepted up to the time of the scheduled tee time.
No-Show Policy
Definition A 'no-show' is defined as failing to arrive for a scheduled tee time without prior notification. No-Show Fee Guests who do not show up for their scheduled tee time without any prior cancellation notice will be charged the full rate of the booked tee time.
Account Standing Repeated no-shows may result in restrictions on future bookings or the requirement of prepayment for reservations. Exceptions We recognize that extraordinary circumstances can arise. We will consider exceptions to this policy on a case-by-case basis. Please reach out to our Golf Shop management if you believe an exception should be granted due to extenuating circumstances.
