  • The nomination form is due March 6, 2026 to the review committee.

    The Global Impact Award recognizes a Boise State faculty member for significant contributions to the internationalization of the university and its campus community through service, teaching, program development, international projects, and related initiatives. The award honors the global impact of tenured, tenure-track, lecturer, clinical, research, and adjunct faculty who advance Boise State’s global engagement and global learning mission.

    Examples of qualifying accomplishments include, but are not limited to:

    • Excellence in developing and/or leading study abroad programs or actively encouraging student participation in high-impact international experiences.
    • Leadership in establishing, strengthening, and sustaining international partnerships.
    • Commitment beyond the normal scope of duties to support international students and/or faculty.
    • Inspiring global citizenship within the Boise State community through coursework, programs, or campus initiatives.
    • Promoting and increasing awareness of internationalization among Boise State students, faculty, and staff.
    • Providing effective support that enhances the academic and cultural experiences of international students.
    • Demonstrating exemplary contributions to international research, scholarship, or globally engaged teaching.
