     * Minimum Requirements: 100-hour (approximate) teacher training program (barre certification) must include the following:

    History of Barre

    Anatomy

    Musicality

    The Exercises 

    How to Put a Class Together

    Modifications/Variations

    Hands-on Adjustments

    Practice Teaching
