Entry & Advertising Release
In consideration of the awards of these events and the sanctioning of the events by Scheduled Facilities and Promoter/ASA Stars National Tour, the car owner and driver individually and jointly agree that Scheduled Facility and promoter /ASA Stars National Tour and it's successors and/or assigns may use their name(s) and
picture(s) of their person and car described herein, or any of them, in any way, medium or material for promoting advertising, recording or reporting these events before, during and after such event, and do hereby relinquish all rights hereto for these purposes.

This entry will not be accepted unless an invitation to compete has been paid and approved by ASA Stars National Tour.

Driver and car owner understand this entry form covers all events in connection with Scheduled Track and Promoter/ASA Stars National Tour and that they understand and will abide by all rules, regulations and decisions as well as all stipulations in the entry blank.

ASA STARS National Tour 2024 rules & procedures will apply. Call the Series for rules or more information or visit the website www.starsnationaltour.com.

GOOD FAITH TO THE PUBLIC PLEDGE - In submitting this entry blank, both driver and car owner recognize their obligation to the public and race promoter posting the prize money and conducting these events. Therefore, we agree to compete in the events if humanly possible unless this events are postponed, cancelled or if the car fails to qualify for the starting field.

The Platinum Team Agreement (PTA) includes the general “Entry and Advertising Release” agreed to in each event Official Entry Blank and attached to this document. The submission and acceptance of this agreement incorporates the Entry and Advertising Release as attached or any revisions, modifications or amendments posted during the season.

The acceptance of this application and fee does not constitute approval of this application. Applications may only be approved by ASA Stars Management.

The team’s agreement to accept the ASA Stars National Tour Platinum Team Agreement (PTA) is an administrative program to facilitate the entry and admission process of the events.

This agreement shall not amend, replace, or change any of the event related Agreements, Releases, Series Rules, Waivers or any event related procedure either posted, printed or conveyed.

No-Shows, failure to request, failure to notify, and negative social postings will terminate this agreement and any future PTA Participation.

NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual promises, covenants and agreements contained herein, and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, the parties hereto agree.
