• Appointment Policies

  • Deposits/Payments:
    For all tattoo appointments, a non-refundable deposit is required. Minimum deposit
    pricing will depend on the tattoo. Deposits must be paid within 24 hours of making your initial appointment. If it is not received within that timeframe your appointment will be cancelled.

    DEPOSITS WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM THE PRICE OF THE TATTOO

     

    Appointment Time:

    If you are going to be running late please MESSAGE ME OR CALL THE SHOP (401-944-0880) ASAP! DO NOT EMAIL as I may not get the email in time. I work by scheduled time slots. If I have a booked day, and are running back to back on time, we may not be able to get to your piece that day.

    If you are 15 minutes late or more, and do not call, I will consider you a no call no show, and you will have to reschedule your appointment and loose your deposit. If you are late and we have to reschedule you more than 2 times, all deposits will be lost.

     

    Reschedules/Cancellations:

    I am aware that life sometimes throws us a curveball, and we cannot always make our appointments and need to reschedule. Please give me at least 24 hours notice. Any reschedule notices later than 24 hours will result in you losing your deposit and you will have to make another deposit to rebook. I will do my best to accommodate you as best as possible.

    I will allow a 2 reschedules max. If you are rescheduled more than 2 times for the same appointment, after the 2nd time you will lose your deposit and will need to make another to hold your time.

    Once you reach out to me about rescheduling, I will only hold your deposit for 1 week. During that time-frame you must coordinate a new appointment date with me. After 1 week, if you have not communicated with me and set up a new appointment, you lose your deposit.  

    If you cancel your appointment you will loose your deposit. 

    Again, all deposits are non-refundable.

  • No Call/No Show:

    If you do not call or do not show up at all for your allotted appointment time, you will lose any and all deposits and payments made, and I will no longer book you in the future. You will be put on a walk-in basis only. Unless there are dire circumstances (sickness, death etc) where you could not call or have someone call, we will no longer grant you any scheduled appointments.

     

    Please understand I work on commission and on time frames, and I may be booked back to back with appointments. Communication is always very helpful if anything happens and you are late, or cannot make your appointment. This will ensure that my schedule does not affect others who are on time and/or able to make their appointments, this can also help me fill the time a slot that may have been canceled. So please be respectful of my time as I am of yours.
