Burgener Strength*
Mayhem Affiliate Burgener Strength focuses on improving athletes' strength and technique in Olympic lifting. Each day includes a warm-up, Olympic lifting skill and technique work, classic strength training, core, and accessory pieces.Programming includes 60-minute classes offered three times a week.
Teens*
Our Teens class is for kids ages 14-17. Similar to Pre Teens, this class introduces kids to the correct foundation movements and will begin teaching some additional lifts, starting with a PVC bar and moving up in weight slowly based on how well they perform the movement. Several levels are available to accommodate a variety of athletes.Programming includes 60 minutes classes, three times a week.
Pre Teens*
Our Pre Teens class is for kids ages 9-13. This class introduces kids to the correct foundation movements and will begin teaching some different lifts, starting with a PVC bar, and moving up in weight slowly using light barbells, dumbbells, medballs, etc., based on how well they perform the movement.Programming includes 45-60 minute classes, twice a week.
Kids*
Our CrossFit Kids is designed for kids ages 5-8. This class introduces kids to some of the foundation movements of CrossFit in a fun environment. In this class, kids use little to no weight, where they slowly progress to light medicine balls, light kettlebells, or 5 lb plates after they have shown that they can do the movement properly.
L.I.F.E Class*
L.I.F.E. stands for “Longevity In Functional Efficiency” and its aim is to demonstrate that no one is too old or out-of-shape to benefit from the basic CrossFit principles of utilizing a variety of functional movements to enhance the quality and quantity of their lives.As in our regular classes, L.I.F.E. offers safe, effective workouts – a “gentle” version of CrossFit with more emphasis on mobility and longevity and less on competition and intensity. We start athletes where they are and take them to more than they thought they could be. ‍Programming includes 60 minutes classes, 5 days a week.
Endurance *
These no barbell, bootcamp-style classes offer lots of sweat, hard work and fun. Programming includes 45-60 minute classes offered twice a week.
Running*
Because every affiliate has a group of runners, our running program offers interval, aerobic, and anaerobic style running workouts that you can provide to your members.Programming includes two running workouts per week.
Spin*
Our Spin classes include interval-style training on the BikeErg. These non-stop sweat sessions are for those who want a break from the lifting and stress of other classes. Climb on the bike and grind. You can also change it up and use an Assault bike, rower, or SkiErg.Programming includes 45-60 minute classes offered once a week.
At Home*
Our At Home workouts are designed for someone who wants to workout at home or who travels frequently and has limited access to equipment. Each day’s workout includes both a bodyweight and dumbbell variation and provides a warm up, cool down, and workout notes that clearly explain the intended stimulus, target score, time cap, movement explanation, scaling options, and more.Programming includes 30-minute workouts, plus optional bonus pieces, 6 days per week.
Bodybuilding*
Mayhem Bodybuilding is a stand alone hypertrophy-focused program. Sessions are not done “for time”. Instead, the goal is to perform each set with quality and control, unless otherwise stated.Programming includes workouts six days per week.

NCFIT Workout*
The NCFIT Workout (NCFIT) is an all encompassing strength and conditioning program perfect for athletes at all levels, advanced to beginner. NCFIT is presented daily (365 days a year) with (2) versions of the workout, Performance and Fitness. The Performance version of NCFIT allows athletes to test themselves against higher complexity movements and heavier weights. The Fitness version of NCFIT provides a more approachable version of the workout with moderate skills and moderate weights. Both versions can be adjusted up or down to suit the needs of any athlete.
GO
GO is the best High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) program for athletes to hit at home, on the road, or just getting after it on the go. The only equipment needed is a pair of dumbbells and a jump rope.
FLEX
FLEX is a functional strength and full-body bodybuilding program only available at NCFIT! Workouts trade out intensity for a little more burn and aesthetics. Each day will consist of functional strength followed by a bodybuilding session. The goal of FLEX is simple – all gains, zero stress! FLEX workouts are designed on a 90 minute timeline.
COMP
COMP is our Competitors Track that is a carefully balanced prescription of conditioning, gymnastic skill development, and strength training for the competitor.COMP consists of 3 daily parts – A. Metcon*
Is our unique believe in fitness, that incorporates Conjugate principles into your functional fitness training. This is what we use for our 60-minute class sessions in our CrossFit gyms. We utilize dynamic and max effort days, but the foundation of all our programs is the special exercises.What to expect: You will experience short, medium, and long-duration workouts. There will be times when we ask you to hit the gas pedal, times to be conservative and learn to pace, and times to move for quality. You will see gymnastics, weightlifting, and monostructural work on varying degrees of difficulty.
Suns Out, Guns Out*
This is our bodybuilding program. Simple, effective, but not easy! This program attacks complimentary body parts on different days to elicit maximal hypertrophy. What to expect: higher volume, light-moderate loads, and sick pumps.
Grind*
This program is designed with the competitive athlete in mind. It syncs up with the daily Metcon program and provides supplementary conditioning, weightlifting, and gymnastics. This can take around two hours a day to complete. What to expect: You will experience varying degrees of volume that attack the weaknesses most commonly found in the competitive CrossFit athlete. This program runs six days a week, giving users Sunday off, as rest and recovery are a huge part of the process.
Loaded*
This program traces its roots to Westside Barbell and Sweattshop Cincinnati, two of the strongest gyms in the world. Utilizing this method, Shane has broken over 120 world records and counting. This is for the powerlifter, or anyone looking to pack on some serious strength. This will take 60 minutes to complete—get in and get out, no messing around in the weight room! What to expect: This is classic Westside Barbell that runs six days a week. Two days will be for maxing (max effort) and two days will be for speed work (dynamic effort), and two days for special exercises.

Fitness *
This is where most should train for health and longevity. Members will see body composition changes, increased lean muscle mass, improved conditioning, and movement quality by incorporating unilateral exercises, tempo training, mobility supersets, and upper/lower splits.
Muscle*
Traditional strength training meets bodybuilding meets CrossFit. These classes look easy on paper but rest assured, they will thoroughly smoke you. CrossFitters who wish to put on slabs of muscle mass will love this track.
Motor*
This program develops your engine – without having to know how to cycle a barbell! This class is perfect for the CrossFitter who needs to improve their conditioning as well as member training for outdoor adventures and weekend races.
Strength *
Classic and neo-classical strength training periodization models meet CrossFit and bodybuilding. Similar to the “Muscle” track, but with more longitudinal structure to the main strength progressions, this track is for the more advanced members who desire to prioritize strength adaptations.

Our workouts of the day are as “classic CrossFit” as you can get. We believe that challenging our athletes is vital to success in their personal fitness journey. Every workout is universally scaleable. Each workout session is designed around a class time of 60 minutes, including warm ups, workout of the day, coaches notes, and scaling options.
Krypton Fit*
The Krypton Fit classes are built around a 30 minute class window. These daily (6x week) will workouts contain simple movements, focused on basic metabolic conditioning and high intensity interval training, with a very brief workout. We often have athletes who try these classes as their first introduction to CrossFit and high intensity exercise. We don’t usually require an introduction course for these classes. BUT, don’t let the simplicity fool you, these workouts will test your resolve!
Krypton Strong*
The Krypton Strong Olympic weightlifting class is a 75-90 minute, once per week class, on Saturdays. This is a specialty class Ben personally runs for those interested in building familiarity with the two olympic lifts: The Snatch and the Clean and Jerk. Each session includes a warm up, skills and drills, one or two of the main lifts, and some accessory work to finish. If you have athletes who struggle with barbell lifts and technique during regular class times, this is a great chance for them to drill these basics!
