- Kickboxing Strikes/Kicks and Combinations to help improve offensive and defensive skills while getting in a good sweat
- Kickboxing Drills and Sparring Drills to enhance your striking and defensive skills
- Fitness Circuits help improve your strength, endurance, and cardio while burning fat and toning muscles.
Who are these classes for?
- For ladies and teen girls who wish to build their confidence while learning effective self-defence and kickboxing skills while also improving their physical fitness.
Classes are led by Empowered's founders, Ma'am Cheryl Sanders and Master Jonathan Field. Both are accomplished martial artists in their own right. As a team, they focus on empowering women and young girls through defence and empowerment training while maintaining an encouraging environment to grow.
