View Live Stream Services Contract

This is a legally binding contract.

Client acknowledges that no reservation can be made prior to the signature of this contract and subsequent payment of the initial service deposit. The client also acknowledges that services can only be provided when 100% of the total fees listed below are paid. Clients accept sole financial responsibility for any legal fees or related costs incurred by the View Live Stream in enforcing the terms of this services contract. Any failure by one or both parties to uphold or enforce a provision of this contract shall not constitute a waiver of any other provision of this contract.

Requirements

1. A Professional Photo of the couple. (Preferably in a landscape orientation)

2. Optional: A few photos to set up on your personal webpage as a slideshow and or a welcome video or written message to greet your family and friends.

3. Identify someone to give guidance on the day of the event to the team.

4. Access to venue 2 hours before start of ceremony.

View Live Stream Services Contract

Coverage and Responsibilities

If View Live Stream should be requested to provide additional coverage hours on the day of the event, Client agrees to pay View Live Stream in full for those additional hours at the half hourly rate listed in this contract.

View Live Stream is not responsible for degraded footage due to environmental issues, such as poor lighting, harsh sunlight, cloud cover, weather, or items obstructing the camera's view such like, arches, décor, backdrops as well as photographers or videographers and guests standing or sitting in the cameras line of sight or harassment by such persons.

View Live Stream requires 2 hours setup and testing time before the commencement of streaming / recording. View Live Stream is not responsible for delivery of service if the required 2 hours setup and testing time is hindered, limited or affected in any way by factors outside of View Live Stream control.

Copyrignt and Model Release

The entire copyright of the video is always retained by View Live Stream. This contract serves as a model release, granting View Live Stream the right to use images and footage without restriction for portfolio, websites, advertising and other promotional purposes or any other lawful purpose.

Liability and Cancellation

In the unlikely event View Live Stream is unable to stream the event due to unforeseen circumstances whereby that is a requirement of this contract; View Live Stream will upload or deliver the recording of the event at a later time to fulfill the requirements of the contract.

If View Live Stream should be unable to provide the services outlined in this contract for any reason, we thereby agree to refund fees paid by the Client, minus applicable expenses, and shall have no further liability with regards to this contract.

To cancel this contract, the Client must give cancellation notice via email or WhatsApp and telephone call.

Payment Requirements

In the event that payment is not made in full two (2) days before the event, View Live Stream reserves the right to terminate this contract, retain the initial deposit, and no longer be held liable for providing further services to the Client.

* A $100 US non-refundable fee is required for securing your date.

* The Client agrees to pay $300 US for every half an hour the View Live Stream remains after the designated time agreed to.

*The Client agrees to pay 100% percent of the total price no later than 2 days before the event.

* Food and beverages must be provided at the reception for the View Live Stream team.

* The Client agrees to settle ALL outstanding balances within 1 week after the event.

I the client listed above, have read, understood, and agreed to abide by the terms, conditions, and clauses of this services contract as they are listed above. I hereby agree that View Live Stream will provide video streaming/recording services as outlined in this services contract.
